Members in Attendance:

·         Welcome by President Matt Evans. Matt asked for turn in of money for the Northern Lights Coupon Books and the Krispy Kremes.

·         Minutes from the previous meeting were read.

·         Introductions and reports from Committee Chairs were skipped due to the primary purpose of the meeting to collect money and evaluate the Booster Club's ability to continue with the Phoenix tournament trip.

·         Old Business

o        Krispy Kreme money was collected and the boys have pre-sold 250 dozen doughnuts.

o        Northern Lights Coupon Book sales came to 41 pre-sales.

·         New Business

o        Matt Evans determined that in addition to the Krispy Kreme Fundraiser and the Northern Lights Coupon Book fundraiser, the Club has received much support from the community and has 13 companies giving different levels of support.  Because of all this work, we have earned enough money to continue with the Phoenix trip and purchase the airline tickets and the final tournament fees.

o         Coach Blewett discussed his desire to attempt a "midnight madness" event to celebrate the beginning of the season.  The idea of having a spectator practice on Friday after tryouts was discussed.  Coach Blewett also announced that the first game will be an Endowment Game against Grace Christian at home on December 11th.

o         Matt Evans announced that the next meeting will probably be after tryouts.

·         Adjourn – Mike McGinnis motioned to adjourn, Suzanne Cole 2^nd. Vote taken, MOTION passed to adjourn meeting.
