South Anchorage Boys Basketball Booster Club                                 Board Meeting 5-2-10 – 3:30 p.m.

As booster club executive committee members we need to lead by staying positive and supporting the coaches and referees.  Elevate the level of support.

The board needs to try to follow the bylaws and maybe look at revising the bylaws over the summer.

Need to develop a relationship with the girl’s basketball team and with other sports within South.  We would like to incorporate the girl’s basketball team and the cheerleaders into the season dinners.

Concessions – Jill Liverance - Mandatory concession slots, Food donations

Banners, Poster, NL Coupon Books – Bejean Page, Raffles, Selling Krispy Cream donuts, Yard Cleaning

Christmas Tree lights, Fruit

Voted on Budget  -  passed budget, bring to board on 5/13.

Banking – passed resolution to close AK USA and open Wells Fargo.
