Spring Meeting Minutes – April 21^st, 2011

Attendance: Matt Evans, Ryan Blewett, Michael Engel, Jamie & Mark Johnson, Jenny Morgan, Enrique Morgan, Merlyn Parret, Ann Marie Valdez, Louis Page, David Alston, Jack Hobbs, Grant Marciniak, John & Kathy Lorec, Beth & Jim McAllen, Tanner Evans, Gary Marciniak

1. The meeting was called into session at 6:45.

2. Old Business: There were no outstanding issues from the 2010-2011 season.

3. New Business:

     a. The following officers were voted in for the 2011-2012 year:

            President - Matt Evans

            1st Vice President - John Lorec

            2nd Vice President - Kate Matheson

            Treasurer - Andrea Lujan

            Secretary - Bejean Page

            Member-at-Large - Suzanne Cole

     b.  The current financial position was reported at around $6,000.

     c.  The 2011-2012 Budget and fundraising plan submitted by the Executive Committee was approved unanimously.

     d.  The proposed change to the SABBBC by-laws were offered for review, there will be a vote on the changes at the Fall Meeting.

 4.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:30.
