Besides participating in our Club Support Levels, we also have several ways that businesses and individuals can contriblute on a smaller scale.  Banner Ads, Web Ads, and having a South Basketball member do some work for you are all ways that contribute greatly to our goal of creating a great team this year and building a premier program for the future.

• The following forms can be printed, scanned, and e-mailed to Matt Evans (cavokak@yahoo.com), or simply fill it out and give it to a member of the basketball team or booster club. 
• There is also a Donate Now button at the bottom of the page that allows you to simply donate any amount of money you would like to South Basketball.
  
• • Large Banner Ad - Use this as a contract with a specific business to secure their fundraising donations, create a record, and begin the ad making process
  • Website Sponsorship Ad - Use this as a contract with a specific business to secure their fundraising donations, create a record, and begin the ad making process.
  • Combo Package Ad - Use this as a contract with a specific business to secure fundraising donations, create a record, and begin the ad making process for a Banner ad and a web ad combination.
  • Work for Donations - Use this as a contract with an individual or business to accomplish yard clean-up, equipment moving, or any other manual labor-type job that your son can do and apply that money towards your fundraising requirements.  This contract is a must to ensure liability is established while your son is working.  It is to protect you, the business/individual, and SABBBC.
