News & Noteworthy

• Much fun and basketball was had at Gonzaga team camp.  The boys were able to see a higher pace and level of play and had a chance to elevate their game accordingly.  Nice work gentlemen!! 
• Many thanks to Coach Blewett and Coach Kueter for taking time out of their summer to take the team Outside for training.
• Now that the players have seen what they need to work on first-hand... a structured workout plan might be in order.  Check out the links below for some ideas, but the most important thing is to set up a plan and stick to it.  Great players are made on the outside hoop in the pouring rain, on the weight bench in the wee hours of the morning, and in the echoing emptiness of a lonely gymnasium far away from the crowds.
